Extra person pays 25 EUR additionally per day.
Rates are per apartment per day.
Taxes not included in rates and need to be paid upon arrival.
We do not accept checks or money order as a form of payment.
In the price is included: water, electricity, swimming pool & Jacuzzi usage, garbage disposal, ac, sat/tv, linens changeover once per week, towels changeover, parking space, grill usage, outdoor fitness.
Caution deposit: to be paid via bank transfer onto our account. It amounts to 30% of the total amount. NOTE: When making a bank transfer from the EU country no extra bank fees would apply since our bank account is in Germany.
Damage deposit: 300 Euro cash bond is required at check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out as long as there are no breakages or damage to the property.
Apartment maintenance fees: 50euro per apartment per stay. Due upon arrival to the Villa.
Tourist tax: 1 euro per person per day.
Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer, western union and cash.
Cancellations and return of deposits: to be made 6 months prior departure.
